You are guaranteed to come back with some amazing memories to take home; whether you fancy a relaxing afternoon fishing, hoping to spot some amazing wildlife or to get a thrill on a fast rib, there is a boat trip for everyone in St Ives.

 

St Ives Boat Trips, own two boats- Dolly P and James Stevens no. 10 delivering both wildlife and historic tours of St Ives Bay. Located on Smeaton's Pier, you can easily find their ticket booth just 5 minutes’ walk from our luxury self-catering apartments in St Ives.

Dolly P

Offering sea safari’s daily, Dolly P gives you the opportunity to get a glimpse of the local wildlife in the bay. With the possibility of seeing marine wildlife such as seals, dolphins and a variety of sea birds whilst taking in the spectacular views along the Cornish coast.

James Stevens no. 10

Head back in time to the 1900s, to explore St Ives Bay in the old St Ives Lifeboat. Built in 1989 this boat saved 225 lives and has now been restored to offer passengers an immersive historic tour of the areas that it used to patrol, including Godrevy lighthouse.

 

Nemo Glass bottom boats 

Fancy a boat trip with a difference? Nemo’s glass bottom boat gives you the opportunity to see what is beneath the water onboard their underwater sea safari. One of the largest glass bottom boats in the UK, Nemo offers you the chance to see all types of creatures under the sea's surface, and is a unique way to see the bay.

You can find Nemo based on West Pier, just outside the RNLI lifeboat station.

 

Blue Fin Charters 

With two fishing trips on offer, Bluefin Charters gives you the chance to catch a variety of fish, meaning you can enjoy your trip even after you've landed on dry land with some fish for dinner. If you are looking to stay closer to shore, why not try mackerel fishing? Or for something a little more adventurous head out to sea on their 4hr Wreck Fishing trip.
