Harbour is a contemporary, open-plan self-catering apartment that gives guests the space and freedom to entertain the whole family. With natural light, high ceilings and Velux skylights, the two double bedrooms on the lower floor, with a master en suite, make this luxury apartment a wonderful place to settle into and enjoy everything St Ives and Cornwall has to offer.
The spacious upper floor open-plan living room is flooded with natural light from the gabled roofed skylights, making Harbour a wonderful five-star self-catering apartment for up to four people.
Two beautifully appointed double bedrooms, with an en suite to the master and a super king in the second, Harbour’s lower ground floor bedrooms are spacious, contemporary and very comfortable. The super king can also be configured as a twin bedded room.
Harbour’s kitchen is equipped with all your creature comforts including a Nespresso coffee machine.
The modern family bathroom, with separate shower cubicle, and an en suite shower room to the master, both finished in black slate, adds to the elegant, contemporary feel of Harbour.
It was our first time in St Ives and our stay at Sail Lofts literally made it perfect. The apartments are so luxurious, with super comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen and the attention to detail second to none. The staff are so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will never go anywhere else. Hoping to come back next year.
The apartment was beautiful, tastefully decorated, bright and spacious. Clean and perfectly equipped. We couldn't have faulted it. After a long stressful journey with 2 bickering, resentful teenage sons we were delighted to find a cream tea/fresh bread and a much-needed coffee machine awaiting us on the kitchen table which definitely helped to diffuse the tense atmosphere and start a better holiday one! We loved the luxury, soft towels and feather duvets provided. Everything felt fresh and home from home. The apartment was located perfectly right between beaches and the harbour/shops/restaurants.
Stayed in the Harbour apartment with two grown up daughters just after Easter. Property was even better than it appeared on the website - much more spacious and airy - a very well designed space. Immaculately kept and extremely well provisioned. Could not have wanted for more friendly (but unobtrusive) and helpful staff - both before and after arrival. Situated in a fantastic location for town, restaurants,cliff walks and beaches. Although simply a treatment room, the Spa was good value for money - again with excellent service - we were collected from our apartment for each treatment. We pre-ordered a grocery delivery from Cornish Food Markets and the quality and service was impeccable.

We have been fortunate enough to stay at the Sail Lofts in Harbour, Godrevy and Ocean apartments plus the sail lofts cottage, and I thought it was about time to write a review and share these wonderful apartments with you! We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Sail Loft apartments primarily because they are fabulous but also because the staff, general ambiance and location are spot on. It takes literally seconds to be on either of two fabulous beaches (both with great cafes too), and its a short stroll to the shops and numerous restaurants. The apartments are beautifully furnished, elegant whilst relaxed and everything has been thought of. Do not hesitate to book what can only be described as the best self catering accommodation in St Ives. You won't regret it!
Our private car park is a short 8-minute stroll from the Sail Lofts complex, which you can access 24 hours a day and come and go as you please. You will be given a bay allocation on arrival, which is yours to use for the duration of your holiday.

Our concierge service
Throughout St Ives the town operates a restriction on dogs across many of its beaches. What this means is that the mornings (before 10am) and the evenings (after 6pm) are the time to enjoy the sands of St Ives throughout the summer. There are also many hidden gems which are dog friendly at all times...
