In these walks you will learn how to identify and use the wild foods you find as well as learning about their nutritional and medicinal benefits, plus you’ll leave with some interesting recipes that incorporate all your foraged goodies.
End your foraging foray in style by combining your wild food walk with a personal dining experience. Your foraging guide will visit the local area to design a suitable menu beforehand and once your foraging walk is complete they will return to your apartment to help you create a delicious meal incorporating your foraged foods.
