Introducing our first ever well-being break that combines 7-nights luxury accommodation with a range of well-being activities that are centred on you.

Thanks to Kim Hopkins our resident yoga instructor, and newest concierge offering, this is exactly what’s on offer at Sail Lofts during our well-being week, which runs from Friday 30th August – Friday 6th September.

Perfectly suited to all levels, Kim will be offering free beginners yoga sessions throughout the week and will also be available for private one-to-one sessions* for anyone looking to improve their technique or master poses they have been working towards.

The teacher

Kim is trained in Anusara Yoga with Hatha foundation and was trained by world-renowned teacher Bridget Kramer Woods. With 36 years of teaching many forms of exercise including yoga and Pilates, Kim appreciates the benefits of alignment and adapting postures to enable her to work with all levels and abilities.

Offering a more flexible approach to fitness holidays, our well-being week allows you to set the schedule whilst enjoying all that St Ives has to offer, including the wonderful choice of restaurants that are available on the doorstep.

Whether it’s a group of friends looking for a relaxed, well-being break or a family getaway with a difference, our well-being week is a wonderful way to experience St Ives whilst taking care of you.

If you wanted to add some water sports to your well-being break we can also arrange discounted surf, SUP and coasteering lessons with our friends at St Ives Surf School, just let us know when booking if you would like more information on any of these options.



* The small print

Two Beginners yoga session will be available, free of charge, on Tuesday 3rd, Wednesday 4th & Thursday 5th September. A sunrise yoga session will also be available on Friday 6th September. Private one-to-one sessions available at an additional cost.

A minimum number of 10 participants are required for the yoga sessions to go ahead.
