Introducing our first ever well-being break that combines four nights luxury accommodation with a range of well-being activities that are centred on you.

Date: Monday 2nd – Friday 6th September 2019

About the retreat…

With yoga at its core your well-being retreat will include two daily yoga sessions (Tuesday – Thursday) with our resident yoga instructor Kim Hopkins and a sunrise yoga session, with a guest instructor, before departure on Friday morning.

There will also be chance to meet our resident yoga instructor on Monday evening, following check-in, to discuss what you would like to gain from the retreat. Private lessons available during the retreat on request.

During the retreat you will also have the chance to take to the water and try paddle boarding with a 1 hour Stand-up Paddleboard lesson included with the retreat.

 

Your Resident Instructor…

Kim Hopkins

Kim is trained in Anusara Yoga with Hatha foundation. Trained by world-renowned teacher Bridget Kramer Woods, Kim has 36 years of teaching many forms of exercise including Pilates and appreciates the benefits of alignment and adapting postures to enable her to work with all levels and abilities.

The Cost…

Prices for the well-being retreat are per property and are based on 2/3 occupants participating in the well-being retreat. Additional persons may join the well-being retreat (up to the maximum capacity of the apartment) for an additional £250 per person.

The Small Print…

The well-being retreat requires a minimum of 10 participants to go ahead. If the minimum number of guests is not reached, booked guests will be notified up to two weeks prior to arrival and a full refund will be issued. There are a maximum of 15 spaces available.

*The Stand-up Paddleboard lesson will be subject to weather and water conditions and we reserve the right to substitute this activity if it is deemed necessary.
