Treat yourself to a pre-Christmas break at The Sail Lofts and finish off your Christmas shopping at the same time. We have some great last minute offers to.
St Ives is a great place to find unique gifts and quirky stocking fillers, and with few signs of the high street chains you can be sure that your gift really will be one of a kind. From handmade jewellery and household gifts to Cornish clothing and local art, the list of ideas is endless. Don’t forget that with your Exclusive Card you can also benefit from a 10% discount at a number of shops in St Ives.
After a hard day hitting the shops, why not indulge in a rejuvenating spa treatment at the Sail Lofts Ocean Spa? Perhaps a de-stressing sole sensation to pamper those feet or a Thermal Basalt Stone Massage to relax your aching muscles. If you prefer, we can even arrange for our therapists to visit you in your apartment.
The Spa also stocks a great range of Christmas gift ideas, perfect for treating that someone special. Why not pop some Spiezia goodies in someone’s stocking and really make their day? Spezia offer a great range of organic skincare products all lovingly made in Cornwall. The moisturising hand balm and the lemongrass and marigold body scrub make for perfect presents and are simply divine. The Spa also offers a great range of stocking fillers including bath bombs, candles and Jessica gift sets.
If you fancy venturing slightly further afield to experience the Christmas atmosphere elsewhere in Cornwall, there is so much to see and do you’ll be spoilt for choice. The Montol Festival, held in Penzance between 14th and 22nd December, is a festival celebrating the revival and reinterpretation of many of the traditional Cornish midwinter & Christmas traditions formerly practiced in and around Penzance with lantern parades and stalls.
Alternatively, to experience community spirit at its best visit Angarrack’s stunning Christmas light display, funded entirely by a local committee who dedicate their time to raising money to make the light display more spectacular every year. Residents also add their own displays and the village is themed around the twelve days of Christmas.
