Meet The Team
The Sail Lofts boutique apartments and Spa are owned and managed by Exclusive Locations, through a small, dedicated team based in St Ives. In 2007 we acquired The Sail Lofts buildings in Porthmeor Road, and embarked on the creation of our twelve, 1 - 4 bedroom, interior designed apartments, with one aim – to provide our guests with a unique and luxurious holiday they simply wouldn’t find elsewhere.
With the help of award winning interior designer, Joseph Valenzisi, we renovated and refurbished the original buildings to create twelve stunning apartments, each distinct in character, beautifully furnished and equipped to the highest of standards. Leading architects ‘Mor’ designed and developed the inner courtyard to create a peaceful haven with soft landscaping and a variety of subtropical plants.
As a guest at The Sail Lofts, we want you to experience not only the ultimate in luxury holiday living, but also the very best of what West Cornwall has to offer. We work closely with top local businesses, restaurants, galleries and activities providers to ensure that everything is at your fingertips – from, amongst others, hampers with the finest Cornish produce, pre ordered deliveries of food and groceries, a range of dining in options, CRB checked babysitters and concierge services, to indulgent spa and body care treatments at our own Ocean Spa. We have an office within the complex, open six days a week, where you can come for help and advise or to discuss any difficulties you may have.
We have also recently launched The Sail Lofts Exclusive Card. With it you receive a 10% discount at a number of Cornish businesses we work closely with, and can recommend. The Exclusive Card is yours to keep, and as many of the businesses also have on-line shopping facilities, you continue to use it when you return home.
In 2010/11 we were awarded Gold as the best large, self-catering property at the Cornwall Tourism awards, and also have a 5 star award from enjoyEngland, and a Certificate of Excellence from tripadvisor.
