Enjoy a relaxed dinner at home, or entertain without being tied to the stove all evening, by letting us do the work for you.

Our experienced chefs provide professional, unobtrusive dining and waiting services in the comfort and privacy of your apartment. We can conjure up everything from mouthwatering canapés, antipasti and tapas to five-course dinner party menus, and we offer a totally flexible service - choose from our seasonal set menus or create a personal menu to suit your taste. Here are a few ideas from our fine dining menu to give you a flavour of what we do…

Starters:

  • Mussels in cider, sage and apple
  • Mussels in ginger, chilli and lime
  • Blue cheese soufflé with walnut and rocket
  • Seared salmon with beetroot pesto and lambs lettuce
  • Seared scallops in lemon and butter
  • Terrine of pork, smoked bacon and shallot
  • Cornish crab and smoked salmon with crème fraiche and chives

Mains:

  • Roasted rib of beef with mushroom suet pudding, vine tomato and pepper sauce
  • Spiced rump and curried shank of lamb with smoked aubergine caviare, jewelled cous cous, chargrilled courgettes and red peppers
  • Grilled mullet with red lentils, pickled carrot, braised rice and coriander and cucumber yoghurt
  • Poached sea bass with saffron and ginger broth, confit potato and tomato
